At CABĀ, each piece is handcrafted in limited quantities, using premium Italian leather and traditional craftsmanship. We want you to feel fully confident in your purchase, while protecting the artisanal nature of our work.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, all items must be returned in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags). We are unable to offer an exchange on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging.

To initiate an exchange, contact info@caba-maroquinerie.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and any relevant images. Our team will confirm the eligibility and guide you through the next steps.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. This includes full-price & discounted items, exclusions noted below.

To be eligible, all items must be returned in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags). We are unable to offer a refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging.

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, valid for 12 months from the issue date.

We are unable to accept returned full price products that reach us more than 20 days after the original delivery date.

 

Faulty Items

All CABĀ products are skilfully handcrafted to the highest standards, but as with anything made by hand from natural materials, we know that on the rarest of occasions, faults can occur.
We always want to be there to assist you, so in the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault arises, we are happy to either repair, replace or refund the item - at no additional cost to the purchaser.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@caba-maroquinerie.com. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting images.

Once the defect is confirmed by our team, a return shipping label will be provided, and return shipping costs will be covered by CABĀ. Refunds for validated defective items will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Alternatively, you may choose store credit, valid for 12 months from the issue date.

 

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be approved by our team before items are sent back.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. CABĀ cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit.

Please do make sure that we can process your return quickly and easily by ensuring that all products are returned in their original condition and packaging.
